RankUp Pro is a digital education service. After a successful payment is verified, access to the purchased plan is activated on your RankUp account. No physical product is shipped.
Plans are one-time purchases for the access period shown at checkout and do not renew automatically. You can stop using the service at any time; access continues until the plan expires.
Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you were charged but Pro access was not activated, or you believe there is a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact abhi2moon@gmail.com with your account email and Razorpay payment ID so we can investigate. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.
